How do I get started?

You can get started by contacting me through the enquiry form or by email or phone. I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation, where we can talk about what has brought you to counselling, answer any questions, and gently explore whether working together feels right for you.

What is your accessibility policy?

I aim to make this website clear, accessible and easy to use for all visitors. I use straightforward language, readable text and simple navigation, and I welcome feedback if anything is difficult to access or understand.

Counselling is available online and, where appropriate, face to face. Please note that my face-to-face counselling room is accessed by one flight of stairs and there is currently no lift access. Online sessions are usually held through Google Meet, although I can use other platforms where this would better support your access needs.

If you have any mobility, communication, sensory, neurodiversity or online access needs, please contact me so we can discuss what may help.
